E-Sports registered with Western Province Gymnastics as a disadvantaged Gymnastics Institution.  In addition, E-Sports (Association incorporated under Section 21) is registered as a Section 21 non profit company (2004/029254/08).

There are Official Members (Memorandum of Association) of E-Sports who come from the poor and needy communities we work with. The South African Revenue Services (SARS) has kindly granted E-Sports the following:

1. Paragraph 9 in Part I of the Ninth Schedule; and

2. Paragraph 3(d)(ii) in Part I of the Ninth Schedule (only the building and equipping of clinics or crèches for the benefit of poor and needy is included in Part II of the Ninth Schedule and therefore qualifies for section 18A approval).
